  I wasn't greeted kindly as a new patient and did not feel welcome being there. I called ahead to let them know I may be a few minutes late before my first appointment with my newborn daughter. That's where the nasty attitude began. It was my first day out with my baby, it was pouring rain, and we hit a ton of traffic getting there. I apologized several times for being late but the entire staff (check in, nurse, and check out desk) felt they needed to express that we need to be on time in the future (and not in a nice way). The doctor that we saw also rushed through my daughter's physical exam. For all of these reasons, I have cancelled my future appointments and will not be coming back. I understand the frustration when a client is running a few minutes behind but I don't feel that it was necessary for me and my wife to be treated this way. The disappointing part of all of this is that my wife was a patient for 15+ years and we trusted that we would have the same experience and relationship for my daughter.

  I called today for an appointment for a flu shot for my son. We would have been a new patient for this practice as my sons Doctor (Dr. Greenhill) is closing his practice located next door. I was greeted on the phone by one of the rudest customer service representatives I have ever had the misfortune of coming in contact with. I hung up the phone and called my Insurance company for a Referral to another local Pediatrician. We will now be seeing Dr. Cassella and Dr. Reilly in Cranberry Lake. I will never call this practice again nor consider taking my child there. Stay away.
